Where do those working as superintendents in 2020 expect to be professionally in five years?

According to an 萝莉网nationwide survey, nearly 60 percent intend to be superintendents in 2025, which is nine percentage points higher than the decennial study found in 2010. Of those, almost three of four expected to remain in their current districts.

Of the superintendents who intend to retire by 2025, a quarter hope to continue working part-time.
