Transform how principals lead instruction through this game-changing partnership between ÂÜÀòÍøand the University of Washington's . Designed specifically for central office champions who nurture principal growth, this standards-based academy doesn't just develop skills—it unleashes leadership excellence!

This academy draws from the CCSSO principal supervisor standards, research by the Wallace Foundation, and the Model Principal Supervisor Standards.

Participants will:

  • Receive individual coaching
  • Work from problems of practice 
  • Connect with peers in virtual professional learning communities
  • And more!

Nationwide, district leaders are working to support principals at scale, especially in times of unprecedented change. Successful supervision now demands innovative approaches, emphasizing partnership, teaching and mutual accountability.

Upon successful completion of this program, participants will receive an AASA/CEL diploma of completion and professional achievement, a valuable addition to their professional portfolio.
