AASA鈥檚 2nd AI Summit Call for Proposals is Now Open
After a sold-out debut, 萝莉网is thrilled to announce the return of our AI Summit, happening November 18鈥�19, 2025, in Phoenix, Arizona. This is your chance to join a dynamic community of education leaders navigating the fast-moving world of artificial intelligence in public education.
We鈥檙e looking for districts that are actively implementing AI鈥攚hat problems you鈥檙e solving, what opportunities you鈥檙e creating, and what lessons you're learning along the way. You don鈥檛 need to have everything figured out. We want authentic stories from school systems that are experimenting, iterating, and leading.
We鈥檙e especially interested in proposals that explore the following:
What problems has your district attempted to solve using AI?
What new opportunities has AI created for students, staff, or operations?
What lessons have you learned along the way?
Have you implemented policies or guidelines to ensure the safe, ethical, and effective use of AI?
How are you engaging your community, supporting your board, or addressing emerging issues such as academic integrity and data privacy?
Each 70-minute session should include:
A district-led presentation sharing their AI journey, including successes and struggles. We encourage participation from superintendents and relevant district staff.
Interactive discussion time so attendees can reflect and connect around shared challenges.
A Q&A segment to deepen engagement and learning.
Actionable takeaways that participants can bring back to their own districts.
Whether you鈥檙e scaling districtwide AI strategies or pushing innovative pilots forward, we want to learn from your work.
Submissions are due by 11:59 pm ET on June 15th, 2025.
